1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour or helicopter service.

• We accept payment via online transfer, credit/debit cards, UPI, and other listed methods on our website.

2. Pricing

• Prices are subject to change based on seasonality, fuel prices, helicopter availability, and government taxes.

• Any increase in taxes, permit fees, or surcharges after booking will be borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellation charges vary as per the package or service selected.

• Helicopter bookings are non-refundable unless cancelled by the aviation provider due to technical/weather issues.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days, after deduction of cancellation fees.

4. Travel Documents

• Passengers must carry valid government-issued ID proof.

• It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all required documents (health certificates, permits, etc.) are submitted before travel.

5. Health & Safety

• Passengers with existing medical conditions must consult their doctors before booking helicopter services to high-altitude areas.

• Holyatra holds no responsibility for health issues arising due to altitude or weather conditions.

6. Service Modifications

• In case of natural calamities, weather disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to alter or cancel any part of the itinerary.

• In such events, Holyatra will attempt to offer suitable alternatives but is not liable for compensation.

7. Liability

• Holyatra acts as a facilitator between the customer and third-party providers (hotels, aviation, transport).

• We are not liable for delays, loss, injury, or inconvenience caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Use of Website

• Content, images, and media on our website and social platforms are property of Holyatra and may not be used without permission.

• Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising from our services will fall under the jurisdiction of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
