Detailed Day Wise Itinarary
Our services start with your arrival at Srinagar airport. At arrival gate, you will be welcomed by our representative/driver and then transfer by Car to Sonmarg. On arrival check in your hotel at Sonmarg & relax. Rest of the day is free at leisure to explore Sonmarg valleypicturesque ‘meadow of gold’. Post evening enjoy the delicious dinner at Hotel & overnight stay at Sonmarg.
Morning after having your breakfast and transfer by car to Neelgarth Helipad (3 Kms ). Please do not forget to carry your important documents i.e. Helicopter Tickets soft copies, Original CHC form, RFID Card, Original Aadhar Card for your convenient Yatra- (No digital documents will be accepted). Take your boarding into helicopter and fly for Neelgarth Helipad for divine Baba Amarnath Ji Darshan. Neelgarth – Panchtarani – Neelgarth Helicopter (Ride-8-10 Minutes ride – One way) (Same Day Return). The Helicopter starts operating at 07.30 Hrs (If Weather Permitting). Amarnath Holy Cave is aprox 06 Kms ahead from Panchtarani Helipad, you can go Holy Cave from Panchtarani by trek, ponies or palkies (at your own cost). After Baba Shri Amarnath holy darshan return back to Neelgarth by Helicopter from Panchtarani. On arrival check in your hotel & relax. Dinner & overnight stay at Sonmarg.
In third day, After breakfast you will transfer you to Srinagar. On arrival directly leave for local sightseeing tour to famous Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal Emperor Asif Khan. Then visiting Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal Emperor Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jehan or (Mehr-un-Nissa), then visit Chashmi-e Shahi. In the evening enjoy the Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice. You will get a view of some very interesting Places around the Lake. Evening check in your hotel & relax. Dinner & Overnight at Srinagar.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer you to Srinagar airport to catch your flight. Or we can provide you dropping at Srinagar any hotel also.

12. Entrance fees to Amusement Parks & Boating charges.
13. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone
charges, and all items of personal nature.
14. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
15. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays,
roadblocks, and vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
- CANCELLATION CHARGES:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any
avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing by the client.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and
cancellation charges would be as follows:
1) 35% cancellation charges of the Package Cost at the time of booking/ advance payment,
(65% Package cost will be refundable, after getting the full payment from the client, if we
have received your booking before 31st March’25)
2) 50% cancellation charges of the Package cost after issuing your confirmation & evouchers (50% Package cost will be refundable, after getting the full payment from the
client, if we have received your booking before 31st March’25)
3) 90 days prior to Yatra Starting Date: 100% cancellation charges of the Package Cost
without any refund provided you have received any booking confirmation / e-vouchers Or
Not. The package will be in 100% non-refundable conditions if the clients cancel their
booking 90 days from the starting dates of the Amarnath Yatra.
Note: Written cancellation will be accepted on all working days, except Sundays & other
National Holidays, Any cancellations sent on Sundays Or National Holidays will be
considered on the next working day.
