After breakfast, depart for Hanumanchatti (40 km) and Janakichatti (5 km). From here, begin your first trek (5 km) to Yamunotri. You can hire a doli or pony for the trek. The route passes through lush green valleys, conifers, rhododendrons, and Himalayan shrubs. On arrival, take a holy dip in the Yamuna River and perform pooja. Return via the same route to Barkot. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi (Maneri). On arrival, check into your hotel. Uttarkashi is also known as the “Kashi of the North” and is one of the most picturesque towns of Garhwal. In the evening, visit Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, believed to be built by Parashurama. Dinner and overnight stay at Uttarkashi.

After early breakfast, head towards Gangotri (approx. 3,400 m). En route, pass by Harsil – a serene Himalayan hamlet with apple orchards and pine forests. On arrival, visit Gangotri Temple, Bhagirath Rock, and the Bhagirathi River. Return to Uttarkashi by evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, proceed towards Badrinath via Joshimath. Situated at 3,100 m, Badrinath lies between Nar and Narayan mountain ranges. On arrival, check into your hotel. After some rest, take a holy dip in Tapt Kund before visiting Badrinath Temple for evening darshan. Dinner and overnight stay.
