Note: Due to government regulations, a helicopter change is required at Sitapur / Phata.
Upon arrival at Kedarnath, you will be received by our ground personnel, who will escort you to the holy shrine. VIP Darshan slips (worth ₹2100 per person) are included in our package, so you can avoid long queues and complete darshan smoothly.
Arrival: Badrinath Helipad
From the helipad, Badrinath Temple is only 1 km away. A car will be provided for this short stretch.
Our ground staff in Badrinath will assist passengers with Priority Darshan arrangements.
After darshan, return to the helipad for departure to Dehradun.

Any claims or delay charges due to operational or weather changes, or any other items not mentioned under “Cost Includes”
Any increase in taxes, fuel price, or royalty charges leading to a rise in cost of surface transportation & land arrangements (if applicable prior to departure)
Only 5 kgs luggage per passenger is permitted due to limited space in the helicopter.
Passengers should carry only handbags; suitcases are not allowed in the helicopter.
All Char Dham temples are located in high-altitude areas. Passengers are advised to carry their regular medical kit.
All passengers must be medically and physically fit to undertake this yatra.
Carrying a small oxygen bottle is recommended as a precaution (easily available at local medical shops).
While daytime temperatures are moderate, nights can be quite cold. Passengers must carry woollen clothes.
Only 2 kg baggage per passenger is permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry large suitcases as space in the helicopter is very limited. Excess baggage may be denied by the pilot.
Children above 2 years of age will be charged the full ticket price.
There is no concession for children or senior citizens.
The total passenger weight must not exceed 400 kg (5 pax) / 450 kg (6 pax). Beyond this weight limit, the flight will not take off and the journey will be cancelled immediately. It is therefore vital to provide the correct and exact weight in advance.
Excess weight charges apply at ₹1,500 per kg.
If the journey cannot be completed within the stipulated time due to bad weather/technical reasons and one or more Dhams are missed, the company will attempt to cover them within the available time. If this is not possible, liability will be limited to a refund of the unutilised sector(s).
Rescheduling of bookings will be subject to availability and will attract a 10% rescheduling fee. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the journey date. Within 7 days, the booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be required (subject to availability).
If due to circumstances beyond control (weather conditions, floods, riots, political unrest, bandhs, or other natural/man-made issues) the program needs to be changed or extended, additional costs will be borne directly by the passengers.
The company reserves the right, without assigning reason, to cancel, advance, reschedule, over-fly, or delay the flight without liability for damages. The company may also refuse to carry any passenger it deems unfit or who poses a risk to the aircraft or other passengers.
In case of cancellation due to weather, a 5% service charge will be applicable.
